Vocational training program is CSR funded project by Panki Thermal Extension Project (PTEP) organized by IIT kanpur.
Main objective of this program is to provide free quality technical training to students & benefit to financially weaker section students. Program will be conducted in 5 courses
- JAVA.
- .NET.
- PYTHON.
- PHP.
- BASIC COMPUTERS.
Total 280 students will be selected in the program in 1 semester. Program will run twice in a year semester wise. Online training will be provided to the students. Program duration will be 16th oct. 2023 to 10th Feb. 2024. Program will be absolutely free for students & certificate will be provided by IIT kanpur after successful completion of the program.

Panki Thermal Extension Project is located at Panki in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Its first stage was commissioned in 1967 by the then Prime Minister, Indira Gandhi. Presently One Unit of 660 MW under construction at PTEP, whose foundation stone was laid by our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

Student can register in this program through online registration process. The selection criteria is merit based on the following point :
